This website describes Emma, Anchorline AI’s AI receptionist for plumbing companies, and how to try her. Free trials are covered by the 7-day free trial terms below. A paid plan starts only after you agree to it in writing.
Demonstrations and examples
The live demo and the examples on this site use a made-up shop (Anchorline Demo Plumbing) and fictional callers. They do not represent client results. The website demo doesn’t send anything anywhere. Calls to the demo phone line reach Anchorline only, never a plumbing business.
Service scope
After the free trial, Emma is $750 per month, with $0 setup, month to month, as shown on this site, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You can cancel any time by emailing jake@anchorlineappai.com. Service continues to the end of the month you’ve paid for; partial months aren’t refunded.
Professional decisions
Industry examples describe administrative support. Professional judgment, advice, safety decisions, and regulated activities remain with appropriately qualified people.
SMS job alerts
Program name: Anchorline AI job alerts. When you opt in during onboarding, Anchorline AI sends automated text messages to the mobile number you provide with details of calls our AI receptionist takes for your business (caller name, callback number, address and the issue described). We do not send marketing texts.
- Frequency: varies with your call volume.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Anchorline AI does not charge for texts.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message. Reply START to resubscribe.
- Help: Reply HELP, or email jake@anchorlineappai.com.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase; alerts are also available by email.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7-day free trial
These terms apply when you sign up for a free trial at anchorlineappai.com/start.
- Free for 7 days. No card is needed to start. Day 1 is the day Emma’s number goes live for you, and the trial ends at 12:00 noon Central Time on day 7. We show you the exact end time.
- What you get: Emma, our AI receptionist, answers calls you forward to her number and sends you the job details by email. She texts job alerts only if you opted in to texts.
- We may end or limit a trial at any time, for example if call volume is unusual.
- When the trial ends at noon on day 7, Emma stops answering: she takes no more jobs and sends no more alerts. A caller who still reaches her number hears a short recorded message asking them to call your shop directly, and to call 911 in an emergency. Before then, unlock the full version to keep her, or turn forwarding off (we email you the steps on day 5 and on the morning of day 7).
- We keep Emma’s number for 30 days after the trial ends, so unlocking puts her back on the same number right away. After 30 days the number is released.
- No charge unless you unlock the full version (a paid plan).
- Trials that started before the 7-day trial keep the 14-day length they signed up for.
- Emma is an AI assistant, not an emergency service. Callers who report a gas leak or any danger are told to call 911.
- Calls may be recorded so Emma can capture the job details accurately.
