Missed calls are missed jobs. Emma answers every one.

The AI receptionist for plumbing companies. She picks up 24/7, asks what a good dispatcher would, and sends you a complete job. Emergencies ring your phone.

Example call with a fictional customer, at 2:07 a.m. Emma: “If it’s an emergency, just say so and I’ll ring Sam right away.” Caller: “Water’s spraying under my kitchen sink. The supply line just burst.” Address 48 Birch Road. Callback number six one five, five five five, oh one four two. Caller says Main shut off. Urgent, so the owner’s phone rings. She says: “Hi, this is an urgent job alert for Anchorline Demo Plumbing. Linda Harper, at 48 Birch Road. Burst supply line under kitchen sink, main shut off.” Then the office email arrives, from Anchorline AI: “URGENT – Burst supply line under kitchen sink, main shut… – 48 Birch Road – (615) 555-0142”. And the office text, from Anchorline AI (Texts to the office switch on once carrier approval (10DLC) completes.)

Each call she takes becomes one clear job.

  1. The calls you can’t get to, day or night.

  2. Name spelled, number and address confirmed.

  3. What’s wrong, how big, how urgent.

  4. Urgent rings your phone. The office gets an email.

    What plumbers ask us.

Will callers know it’s not a person?

Yes, by design. Her greeting says she’s Emma, your AI assistant, and she confirms it if anyone asks.

What if it gets something wrong?

She reads back the callback number and street address to make sure they’re right. If a caller won’t give a number, she passes on the one they called from. Callers spell their last name, and she saves exactly that spelling; she spells emails back letter by letter, and a hang-up still sends you their number and a summary.

Does it quote prices or book jobs?

No. Emma never invents prices, arrival times or availability; she notes the time that suits the customer and your team confirms.

    What happens with emergencies?

For flooding, burst pipes, sewage or no water, she tells the caller to shut off the main if it’s safe, flags the job urgent and rings your phone. A gas smell? She tells them to get out and call 911 or the gas company first.

    How fast can we start?

Today. Fill in a short form and Emma gets her own number in your company’s name; forward your line “if not answered”, free for 7 days, no card. The trial ends at noon on day 7.

Let Emma take your next call.
